At Pocket, we stand by the quality of our tech; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronics are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and cables.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Pocket account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, including all manuals and power adapters, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
